I had submitted all the necessary documents asked by IPSO FACTO ( Company doing survey for Reliance General Insurance Company Limited ) to proceed the claim as per their Ref. No:- IF/RGICL - 1073/2010.

Dear Sir, request you to please take this case on priority as the claim process is already delayed and i am facing lots of financial problems due to this.
