I had raised the request for an add on channel (Channel #909 ETV Kannada), on 4th July 2011 now it is 03 Aug 2011 still services is not activated.

1. on 4th July the customer care rep informed the service will be activated in 2 hours, i checked next day it was not available. again called on 5th July the time was extend till 7th July.

2. on 7th July again raised the request and also followed up no solution, I did not call again fedup with the service, i got a call from airtel support centre they also helped in following with customer care team but not fruit full.

3. on 28th july got the message on my alternate number saying the complaint (48691288)solved but actually nothing was done.

4. called customer care on 29th they told will open a new complaint(1497244) and the solution will be given by 30th July, but no solution.

5. on 2nd Aug called the customer rep says the problem will be solved ASAP but no time line , also cant give the tel phone number of nodal office or connect with senior manager.

Airtel Customer care don't care for customer.
