i received misscall FROM THE VODAFONE SERVICE NUMBER .Then i call the same number that was the company no. and they start the service of vodfone star talk on my mobile . i had not pressed any button for this service.
I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE THEY TOLD ME THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED IN 4 HR BUT THERE IS NO RELIEF FOR ME .....I LOST LOT OF BALANCE DUE TO THIS AND WANT TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM ANGAINST THEM BUT JUST LAST TIME I WANT TO REQUEST VODAFONE PEOPLE PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE I GOT A COMPLAINT NUMBER FROM CUSTOMER CARE THAT IS 130477810 ON THE 27TH JULY,2011 HOWEVER NOTHING HAPPNED IN THREE DAYS, I CALLED THEM ON THE 30TH AND I SPOKE ONE AGENT NAME RITA, WHO BEHAVED VERY RUDE AND DENIDE TO GIVE SECOND COMPLAINED NUMBER.
