Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that recently i owned a BSNL land-line connection with Broadband services in June with land-line number 0172-2682487 and i am seriously very disappointed with their services. I submitted all the payments and forms on 3rd June and they took 2 weeks to install the broadband after i put my efforts to inform them regarding my connection. After that it only worked for 2 days and didn't worked for next 3 weeks. Again i posted my complaints day by day as i was suffering a lot with my online home job. They harassed me a lot when i told them about my problems and when i complained against them to their higher authorities then after that they took action and provided me with their services. But when it comes to the payment issues there was no waiver provided to me for that, instead of that they put extra charges on my bill. I am really suffering a lot due to their bad service and behavior. I request you to take strict actions against them as soon as possible. I would be thankful to you.
