    Dear Sir,

    I am ordering Wespro Touch Screen Tablet PC it's cost around 20000/- rupees from Naaptol online shopping,order no is 2059618
    dated 13/07/2011.

    when i contacted the sales person they said they are sending through courier,but i received it by post.

    once i received my order by post on dated 29/07/2011 around 4.00PM,i open it, it has nothing the box was empty.

    this very cheep trick to cheat the customer.

    more over i contact with customer care ,customer care executive Mrs shamily she is not giving any satisfactory answer and argue with me.

    these are very serious offence in Tele marketing field.


    Please suggest, if anything required to be done.

    Default Cheated by naaptol's blackberry supply

    I received a blackberry mobile having the following detiils from naaptol.Com
    order details
    order number products amount
    2932853 blackberry 8830 cdma + gsm mobile 5298.00

    now this offer has rs. 5997 worth of free gifts also so the total value of the offer is 4999 + 5997 + 299 [ courier charges ]
    the company also offered a billing discount for reliance cdma users.
    Now, surprisingly when I received the mobile there was no mention of reliance activation !!!! the reliance representative clearly stated that there is no such offer from reliance and the mobile could not be activated !!!
    the mobile also looks used and the packaging was unsealed.
    The customer representatives at naaptol simple said " so why are you so bothered ? just send the mobile back !!!! ?
    this mobile was purchased for my father as a gift by me and my wife and now we are so embarressed !!! and not to talk of the mental torture that we have faced !
    the company customer call is simply rude and is taking the whole incident for granted.
    Please help me to resolve the issue

    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    JS associates,
    2, Mangesh Industrial estate ,
    Subhash Nagar,
    Mulund Link Road.
    Nahur West,
    Mumbai- 400 078.
    Land mark Behind Designo Furniture Showroom.

    Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same. and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

    Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories at the time of delivery.

    Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [2932853] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of invoice received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.

    Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

    It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & we would initiate the refund and the same would be couriered to you within 10-12 working days.

    Request your patience in the interim.

    Naaptol is a big cheater bloody bulshit harrased me since last 2 months and this is the one and only online shopping store which is a biggest fraud. I had ordered a product from Naaptol.com on 06 Feb 2013 and my order No. was 5931287 (Micromax mobile A30) and then it was shipped vide AWB no. 59095869405 through Bluedart Courier. I received the product by paying 3820/- Rs. Cash On Delivery on 12 feb 2013 and eagerly i opened the packet and started the mobile but i found there was a problem in the touch screen as the touch screen of left side of the mobile was not working properly hence I immediately contacted with customer care at 09223537000 and complaint about that when he given me an adress as "Khasra No.386, Gali No.2, A-Block, Mahipal pur Extension, New Delhi, 110037" and told me to Repack the product as it is and send at the said address for replacement. I did the same and sent the product at said address through Bluedart courier vide AWB No,-13757637493 on the sade day i.e. 12 Feb 2012 which was delivered at your office on 16 Feb 2013. Again after waiting of 20 days, I received the product through Bluedart courier on 08 March 2013 vide AWB No. 43508436193 but instead of receiving a new replaced product, I got the same product with lot of scraches and was repaired. Tell me that if any person pay for a new product then why he shall accept the repaired and old defective product. Hence again I contacted with customer care executive namely Anita and complaint about this and requested for cancellation of order and refund/Money Back, who given me a complaint no. 4170679. I am feeling so harrased and want my money back but they are not responding to me.
    It is therefore humbly prayed kindly take legal action against naaptol.com and arrange to return this defective and repaired product and refund/money back.
    I advise and request to every body to not buy any product from these naaptol.com type cheaters otherwise you will face a lot of problems like me and also waste your money.
    Sir I have complete documentary and email proof of above and i can submit before you at any time.
