I Had purchased Nokia 6303i-Classic in January2011, Now i Just bring back unsatisfactory from Nokia Care(Job sheet No.110720/45) Thrice after Repeat Complaints with Network and Hearing Voice Problem,

Last Time when I submitted My Nokia to Nokia-care, for hearing Problem thy Make two Small Holes near Mic for Improving Hear Problem, which I checked, when I returned home. They people Just Experimenting on My Handset......
N for Network Problem is remain same now blaming on Vodafone for it, I show full towers n my second mobile for the same, which not shows n my Nokia-6303i-Classic.

Exec. Of Nokia care Told Its The Problem with This Model, I asked to give me In written Than he said he's not authorized to do so.

I had complained this to Nokia help Line with Complaint Reference No1/11753681625, Exec. had told me to visit Nokia care and replaced ur Set, he also told me, he had emailed for this to particular department, But when I visited Nokia care , Helpline Exec. Said this not There Policy.............. To Replaced….

I just got helpless as all my contacts in this set n without that i cant able to move n my work, Just See The Company Like Nokia Doing like this, make us Helpless, In just 5 months Period , when it already in guarantee period.

I got a call from Nokia to submit again to Nokia care, I think thy people just want to make us harassed, By again n again Submitted, My set s almost with them from last One month,

We Punished ourself for using there Product, & n last Consumer got Tired n leave the matter.
