    Default TATA DoCoMo Prepaid CONNECTION PROBLEM

    My name is Alex and I 'm submitting this complaint on a TATA DOCOMO Kerala SIM Connection Problem with the number, 8714405580. I bought this SIM 2 weeks back and today morning when i am trying to make any call, I am unable to make a call or even if someone is trying to call on my number, they get a response from TATA DOCOMO saying that 'You have dialed an invalid number! Please, check the number you have dialed and try again' . I have tried calling 121 TATA DOCOMO Customer Care and its kerala circle, but they nothing helped in troubleshooting this problem. They just keep me on hold for 10 or 15 mins & ask me to wait for some more time. Then I tried mailing the complaint to listen@tatadocomo.com; no use! Please, help me in getting my connection back. My alternative contact number is: 0812241991.

    Angry Complain against tata docomo

    Hi this is Dipak Goswami and i want to give a complain against tata docomo as they r charging me continually for the services which never requested nor i wanted and this is happening since last 3 to 4 months. And continually I'm complain to tata docomo customer executives and senior executive but they just said this will not happen again but than after the same thing happens and i;m now tired of this.
