I booked a Train ticket from Pune (JN) to Akola (JN) under PNR No. -
8252118435 for 2nd Feb 2011,via irctc.co.in The train was delayed by approx. 8 hrs ,
There for I had to hire a taxi to reach on time for my business meeting .
I filed the TDR on 3rd feb 2011 under Reference No: ekt2011023002095385
. as per guidelines I should receive the refund Max within 3 months .
Its more than 5 months now and I have not received any revert from IRCTC on
I tried calling your customer care many times but did not get any
response . I even sen the mail to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding this but still no joy.
when I ask the irctc websupport team to looking to the matter they deny to take resposibility .stating that they cannot do anything as the refund will be processed by indian railways han gave me 2 contact numbers of south eastern railways . I tried calling these numbers so many times on different occasaions but no one respond to the calls at all . I am tired of following up with irctc and indian railways . but no rsponse at all .
finally I am knocking gates of consumer court ....
Is there any one who can help me this matter .
