1. I bought the connection on 28-May-2011. The scheme indicated Rs. 250 cashback on online purchase. I have still not got the cashback even after 2 months.
2. Games, iTV and Airtel Movies channels are part of my package but I am not able to watch them. They are saying that I need to subscribe for these channels separately. This false information was really disappointing since inclusion of these channels in the package was a major factor for choosing Airtel from the available choices.
3. Besides these issues, some of the channels are coming bad. Few of such channels are: WB, MGM, AXN and FTV. No action has been taken by Airtel even after repeated follow-ups.
