    Default Mobikwik Complaints

    I had done a mobile recharge of 510 Rs on 16 July through Mobikwik and the amount was deducted from my Bank account but there I got no balance in my Mobikwik Account.I was not given any Transaction ID but I got recorded transaction done to Mobikwik from my Online Bank Account. The response they gave me was that they did not recieve positive confirmation for any of my payment attempts on 16th July.
    I am uploading a Screen Shot also that I have taken from my Online Bank Account.I will take a very strict action to be taken against them.

    Default recharge not done

    i had done an online recharge from ur website on 24 october 2011, at 12:30am of 555rs. bt it has not been done. the amount has been deducted frm my bank of india a/c. my transaction id is 177525. my email id is kushkochar3600@gmail.com. i did'nt recieve a mail frm ur website on my gmail a/c regarding the recharge. the amount has been deducted frm my bank a/c. kindly please register my complaint and try and find a solution to it.

    I had recharge my mobile of Rs.100/- through mobikwik on dated 03 may,12 Reference no CCA12EJBC659-Avenues India Ltd Chq Reference no 503103207 same but this balance not added to my Mobikwik balance Kindle do needful.

    Default Recharge not credited in mobile

    Hi..

    Recently I recharged for 30 using mobikwik. The amount was deducted from my bank account. But my mobile was not recharged and my balance remains the same.... since the recharge was not successful i expected the amount to be credited to my mobikik balance... But that hasn't happened either.... I want my money back...

    Unhappy balance debitted but recharge has not done

    sir i tried to add of rs 10 rupees to my mobikwik balance on date-16-05 -12 at 8:30-9:00,balance debitted from my atm bt no balance has been added to my mobikwik balance,so please kindly 10 rupees to my mobikwik account
