I have taken pocession of the house during march 2011. The commitment given by the builder during booking of building is not yet met by him.
I am facing lot of problem related to Septic tank, it is getting full within 20 days. It seems rain drain, bathroom water, kitchen drain also getting accumulated in septic tank where as it has to go to soak pit. Kitchen drain pipe also in plugged condition and leaking. I have given complaint to builder for the past one month and builder representative doesn't even bother to attend this constructional faults. Even multually agreed checklist points also he has not completed despite of guarantee that they will complete with in fifteen days of final payment. While doing final payment it was ensured by builders that all proper documents will be handed over within 10 days. But i have not received following documents.
a) Punchayat house Tax receipt for the building ( In my name) for the first year.
b) Occupation clearance certificate from panchayat.
c) Receipt for different installment payment which i have paid through cheques/bank loan
d) Patta tranfer in my name ( For which it has been guaranteed that it will completed befored April 2011)
Builder representatives are just lifting and cutting down the phone. I have written many E-mails regarding this. But no one from builder side is responding.
During booking of building it was told by the builder that area will be provided with all amenities such as Internal roads, street lighting, drinking water connection formalities.
But till date this promises remains only promises we are not seeing any action in ground. Even proper road and lighting arrangement is not yet made. Requesting consumer court forum to resolve this issue with the builder

I am also living in a flat built by these builders and the same problems are being faced by us too. Their representatives kept promising us that they will fix things but they dont do anything. I strongly recommend people to consider other builders and not go to these guys. I also request consumer court forum to mediate in this matter.

this complaint are made in 2011 n only two of them complain
is it ok with me to buy property from them?
