I have purchased a flat in SAI shiv park society in pimprigoan from builder Wadhwani builder. Building name is SAI SHIV PARK. But still we have not received the complation certificate from builder. He has not provided the amenites which was there in the letter. No we all are facing the problems like water supply, sanitration, parking, Gate, etc. when we are trying to contact him he is not meeting us. if he meets he is giving answers like, I will come there n look into it. No over 5 years has goan, but stll there is no progress. Society formation is alos pending because if this. Now he is shifted his office from pimpri to other place. I got news from news paper that if any builder is not providing complation certificate to his previous project his next project will not be sanctioned by PCMC. but still he is doing his new projects.
