My name is Dharamjeet Singh Syan a B.Tech ME student in final year and contact number 7890626569. I am experiencing continuous financial harrasment by Airtel for last 6 days.
They have been cutting huge amount from my account. Last Sunday my balance was above Rs120. On monday morning it turned to Re 0. Again I refilled with Rs100 on Monday and by the afternoon it again turned to Re 0. then i called up Customer Care and they put my call to hold and just disconnected the call after a ong time.Again I called them up and they asked me to hold and again repeated the same thing.So I just recharged again with Rs 50 and again it turned to Re0.
Like wise they repeated it again. Iasked for refund and that they refered me a number to contact ie 121. I dialled that number and again they refered me to 198 . Now this number is receiving but nobody is speaking.
I have been in a loss of more than Rs270(Rs120 +Rs100+Rs50).
So I just want to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel (West Bengal circle). I dont intend to drag them to the Honourable Consumer Court but surely want to get my refund .
Please help me in doing so. Your kind cooperation is needed.
