Dear Sir,
I am software engineer ltd company.my salary account is also in ICICI. I applied for home loan from surat-majuragate area branch[Gujarat]. I applied for home loan before 1 month ago , when we applied at that time ICICI people said that "if your loan does not sanctioned or fulfill the procedure then your processing charges will not be taken by bank ".

Now situation is that today after more than 1 month got replied from the respective employee of icici - whose name is ronak and ketan your home loan is rejected due to technical problem may be bank will be right or wrong that I do not know but why bank deducted loan processing fees , even my loan is not sanction.even I received sanction letter not actual check of home loan.

After that every my document which I did submit for my home loan is not getting back , bank employee is saying that " All your documents we did send to Mumbai branch we cannot give it back to you" How I can truest that bank will not misuse it ?

I could not understand the reason one side bank is rejecting my proposal of home loan other side they are deducting processing fees and taken my all the important documents with bank.

Please reply me before I raise this issue against either with news agency or will go to RBI. Because I have approved original sanction letter with me.
