    Hi This is Rajkumar.R from Bangalore

    THough I had been using the HDFC Credit card for past 5 years..

    I had really bad experience with HDFC Credit card section & Ergo insurance recently..

    I have recently recently received HDFC Ergo insurance policy#50811586 with ref# HN13072011001096 with my upgraded World credit card. I had called multiple times HDFC credit card cust care & HDFC Ergo insurance to cancel the health insurance with-in 24 hours of agreeing for upgrade of my credit card as it didn't suit my requirement. The Cust care representatives was not willing to take the cancellation.

    Even the worst thing they Debit the EMI amount for Insurance policy with 2 days, where I didn't even receive my insurance. I had also asked them to cancel the Policy. But it fell in DEAF ears of Cust care.

    They are processing the Policy online with Zero docs THAT too with 24 Hours.. Even they have debitted the EMI from my credit card that too after I had requested for Cancellation. I even told them Not to upgrade my Credit Card in that case. In spite of they did alll of the above.

    In 24 Hours I had asked them to cancel my policy request & Card upgradation. No action has been taken till now. I had received both Creadi card & policy.

    But When I wanted cancel it they are not even responding... This is very Rude .. It is not business ethics..

    I have called too many times to HDFC Credit card Sect & ERGO cust care .

    Please cancel my Policy and debit the amount the back to My Credit card.

Without his knowledge I have given acceptance to your bank call. So, I would like to cancel the policy before 28.10.2011, only then I can pay the payment for the first due without the policy amount. I would appreciate a written confirmation from you within 10 days of the effective date on which the policy gets cancelled. Please reimburse the portion of my policy premium that is still unused and discontinue the monthly payments that are charged from my credit card account.     I had really bad experience with HDFC Credit card section & Ergo insurance recently..

    I have recently received my HDFC Gold credit card ending with ****6359.

    I got a call from HDFC Ergo insurance policy cutomer care and offered an health policy no # 50930410 with commitment for may be cancelled within 45 days without deducting any charge. I had called multiple times HDFC credit card cust care & HDFC Ergo insurance to cancel the health insurance with-in 48 hours of agreeing for upgrade of my credit card as it didn't suit my requirement. The Cust care representatives were not willing to take the cancellation.
    Even the worst thing they Debit the EMI amount for Insurance policy with 2 days, where I didn't even receive my insurance. I had also asked them to cancel the Policy with Ref no:# 002905261 and #11293974780
    They are processing the Policy online with Zero docs THAT too with 24 Hours.. Even they have debitted the EMI from my credit card that too after I had requested for Cancellation.
    No action has been taken till now. I had received both Creadi card & policy.
    But When I wanted cancel it they are not even responding... This is very bad-mannered... It is not business beliefs ..
    I have called too many times to HDFC Credit card Sect & ERGO cust care .
    Please cancel my Policy and debit the amount the back to My Credit card.

    Hi This is Bharat Joshi from Bangalore

    I am a new HDFC Credit card user..

    I have recently recently received a call from HDFC Ergo insurance person and i told him to make my health card at that time but after consulting with my friends and colleagues i decided to cancel that request and called HDFC helpline number. He told me that a request has been sent for your health card cancellation and it will be done within 2 days.
    So, I called them back today for confirming the cancellation but they told that your health card is already in process and amount has been blocked from your credit card.
    Please cancel my Policy and debit the amount back to My Credit card.

    Hi, This is saravanan, chennai.
    One person from HDFC bank called me and said about the policy details. They said they will send me the details. I said ok, then they said they will deduct the amount initially from my credit card for income tax purposes. I said ok. And then policy came to me. Now i dont want that policy because I have a policy in my office. But first i tried to call the person , who called me first and then asked her to cancel it. She said me to call customer care. But, tried to call the customer care trice. Every time, they are saying they will connect to the right department, and then the phone get cut just like that. Now, i want to cancel the ergo policy and want them to revert my money back to my HDFC Titanium credit card.
    My reference number is : HN30122011000174

    I was initially given sold the policy by HDFC representatives as a free policy ,I was told whatever sum I pay as premium will be paid back by filling it under Section 80D, I cam to understand it only provides exemption not a rebate. Please cancel my policy immediately and reimburse the portion of my policy premium that is still unused and discontinue the monthly payments that are charged from my credit card account.
