I took the Airtel Digital TV - HD connection on 13-May-2011 through
SLV Network Private Limited, M93, Sector 10, 9th B Main, Lic Colony,
Jeevanbhima nagar, Bangalore - 560 075 - Ph: 080 320 25751. My account
number is 307718395.
A person with the name Sagar from SLV Network collected Rs. 3650 from
me, provided the receipt and intimated that I will get the free package
for 6 months. Now I realised that Airtel started charging my account.
I checked my airtel profile thorugh the website DTH Services in India, Direct to Home, Best DTH Satellite TV Provider[/url]
and observed that my subscription ends on 19-July-2011. That means,
they started charging after two months. I contacted the airtel customer
support and they mentioned that I took the connection on 28-April-2011.
This is a surprise to me as I shifted to this apartment only on first
week of May. I called airtel customer support again and they mentioned
that they can't do anything.
Then I contacted SLV network multiple times. They also not helping me.
I have official receipt from SLV Network and I want to legally fight
and get it corrected at the earliest.
Receipt number is 406 dated on 13-05-2011 from SLV Network privated
Limited.
Please help me in resolving this at the earliest. I can send you the bill if you can provide me the email id. I am unable to attach to this forum.
