After having booked a cruise vocher 92285 from deals and you website on 14th April I have been calling their customer care every alternate day to complain about the vendor who was not responding.I was told to write an email about my problem which i did twice .On pursuing the matter further telephonically i was told that the matter will get resolved soon .Now 3 months down the line I recieve a email which states that the company is not responsible for the vendor as per the terms and agreement .Deals and You has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have encountered so far.
