    Default Tata photon + activation issue

    Hi

    This is to inform you that I took one Tataphoton + on 8 July (EMID A000002E05228B) from "Aayush Associates" from Okhla. Inseatd of my many requests and hundred calls still it is not activated. For last 12 days I'm calling Mr DEEPAK (Mob. 9212735240) and MR. SHATISH (Mob. 9953990137) from whom I took the Photon + did not even bother to submit the documents and activate the device.

    I’m totally frustrated and running out of time. They everyday lie to me that it will be activated but still no action. Is this how TATA Photon is taking care of their customer.? How can It took 12 days and still going on to activate a internet connection. Only for the carelessness and irresponsibility of these two guys.

    Even after calling to the customer care I did not get any help. This is absolutely pathetic. I m tired of making call to these guys and Tata photon and no body help me. If I don’t get it resolved in couple of days then I will disconnect both of my Tata connections.

    The mail ID of "Aayush Associates" is “aayushassociates.tatateam@gmail.com” . These guys are damaging only tata’s reputation. That’s it

    i completly agree with you dear friend. Even I am facing the same problem. I am located in Bangalore. The Photon dealers are very mean, they wud supply device to door step in an instant and get money from you, later they forget who you are. They dont even bother to communicate well, nor they pick the call, it is very frustrating. Why doesnt Consumer Court take any action on such dealers ? Neither does TATA's are bothered.
