    This is regarding the refund 70$ . .. As per them it was initiated on 12th June (last month) and have not received yet. It’s been more than a month now. I made a several calls to the customer care every time they will tell that they have processed and I will receive soon. Whenever I call or reach to supervisor/Manager they are not ready to connect they will tell that he/she is in meeting and call after 2 hours . When I reach back again after 2 hours someone will pick the call and tells S/he left for the day /or call US daytime. If call in US day time they will tell that its night in India Managers will not be available please call India morning time.I am sure Make My trip have conversations recorded and they can check to see how they are providing contradictory information. I am sure I will receive one day or other this refund, but is it not the curtsey of Make my trip to inform when(what date) I will receive. I made a continuous follow up about this issue and I was stopped at the level1 customer care they never given satisfactory answer (why there is a delay , what day I will receive(tentative) ). I never had this type of bad experience with make mytrip earlier. But this is the first time I am seeing lot of irresponsible/negligence while providing requested information. When I call yesterday some body his name Arun informed me that it was processed on 15th July and I will receive in couple of days. Is it not strange to wait the refund to get for 1 and half month and on the top customer need to make a 100 calls to know the status and not able to reach any of the management person.

    Yesterday When I call, Arun answered the call. I requested for the date change for my ticket ( As my wife & kid are not able to make this trip on 4th August and she got some critical deliverables that need her presence . She will confirm her date of travel before 1st of August). He told that there is a change penalty and fare difference if any. As I aware these charges I told him yes please go ahead and check the seats availability. He verified and told me that seats are available and there is fare difference of 100$ . Before making a call to Make my trip for the date change I have called Jetairways they informed me that same class available ask your travelagent to modify the dates and pay the date change penalty. I have told this to Arun and asked why you are telling as there is no fare difference. He told me that he will recheck one more time and he was back with “I have verified with airlines” there is no fare difference but we will charge “Week End charges” ie ; 50$ + Date Change penalty. I have asked why this week end charges and it was not communicated any time during the booking and he(Ishneet Saluja) offered the tickets same prices with or without stop over . then how come now you are asking for the weekend extra charge 50$. He told that he cannot able to change the date without that weekend charges. I asked him to atleast block so that I will call morning as he is informing he doesnot have any supervisor/manager that time . He told that call tomorrow us day time and there are seats are available .

    Just now I called some one lifted the phone they informed that no supirsor/manager is available call after 2 hours /India morning time .

    Please help us in resolving above 2 concerns.
