Hello: If anyone can Help Me....

I purchased a Onida Atom DCD player in the Month of May 2011, and after 1st week it did not work properly, as usual spoke to the dealer and filed a complaint with Adonis Chennai, - No response what so ever, called Customer Service 3rd week... No response what so ever... then i wanted to have a proof for my actions, i sent e-mail directly to onida... i immediately got a response from chennai service center and a service engineer visited my home identified that the problem is with the hardware and told me that he is only here to check the problem and another service engineer would visit my home to repair it.... after 2 months no one has come to my home... and the DVD player is lying like a dead dodo at home... i lost my Rs.3000..

Next I have planned to take them to consumer Court, please provide me e-mail address of chennai consumer forum so that i can seek help or if you guys have any better idea it would be greatly helpful.
