Hello,

I have been using Airtel broadband. My broadband is not working from past one month and I have been complaining for the same regularly.
One week back there executive came to visit my place and told me that the problem is with internal wiring of my society, so I got it changed on my expense.
But the result was still the same. After that I am daily calling airtel customer care to get my problem resolved but they are not taking any action and my internet is not working.
I am suffering huge loss in my business because of these people and can't find a way out.
I have tried complaining through email also. Above all I received a bill also for this month.
I am seriously getting frustrated because nobody is taking any action from Airtel's end and I am helpless.
