Hello,

I have been using Airtel broadband. My broadband is not working from past one month and I have been complaining for the same regularly.
One week back there executive came to visit my place and told me that the problem is with internal wiring of my society, so I got it changed on my expense.
But the result was still the same. After that I am daily calling airtel customer care to get my problem resolved but they are not taking any action and my internet is not working.
I have complained through email as well but there is still no action taken by them.
I have not received any call from any of airtel's employees for a week. Above alll I recieved a bill for that month also and a guy called me up for depositing the bill on time otherwise I will have to pay late fees also.
I have been depositing all my bills on time for past one year.
I am suffering huge loss in my business because of these people and can't find a way out.
