    Apologies but I am sorry to say that people at SAMSUNG do not understand English. My mail clearly states that I am not satisfied by the QUALITY of your AC's as 2 my AC's of same model have reported faults in just one season. I have not mentioned anything related to the service, but without fully reading or understanding what I want, you have started chasing me for AC repairs.

    Please understand the issue and if I am writing to a wrong department, then advise me where I should write to report QUALITY issue with your AC's? I do not mind to write to your heads in Korea as well.

    This mail is to bring to your notice the poor quality of your companies "Air Conditioner AW182ZC Model". I purchased 2 AC's in the year 2009 and 2010 from your authorised dealer.

    Following has been my experience so far:-

    1. For the AC purchased in Feb 2010, I called the service Engineer in Feb 2011 to avail the last free service. He declared that the AC is faulty and the gas has leaked. Thank god it was in warranty and the AC was taken in workshop and repaired. Not sure how much time will it last without giving trouble, that you will realise when you read point 2 below.

    2. For the AC bought in year October 2009 (in Off season), now in May 2011, it stopped working. I called up the Samsung Engineer and he told Gas has leaked and took the Ac for servicing. After that he called me and told that their is a major fault and it will cost me RS 5000/- for the repair. I negotiated and got the repair cost down to Rs 3300/-.

    Both AC's have worked just for 1 season only and the above mentioned are the details of the poor quality of your product. Not sure if you have got similar complaints from other customers also or not, but for me it has been a worst experience with Samsung AC. How can 2 AC's of Samsung just run OK for one season only.

    Please get the Quality Check done for the product and advise me what has been my fault here. I have spent so much money to get this kind of quality that too from a world class company like SAMSUNG

    I am marking your MD also in the mail because he should be aware regarding the poor quality of the AC's supplied in India.

    Default Defective phones sold with no Ownership by Samsung

    Hi ,
    With this email I would like to highlight the issues being faced by me due to poor customer services, lack of technical knowledge at service centres, false commitments by Services team and very very very poor after sales services by Samsung.

    • I bought Wave 3 on 31st Jan’12 @12200/-
    • Since second day itself it had charging problem and used to hang.
    • Service center told me that there broken liquid lock, hence I would have to pay
    • Post speaking to services my mother board and liquid lock was changed FOC

    Then the phone again stared hanging and my voice used to vanish if the call exceeded 15 mins

    • Phone again went to service center, was fixed and kept under observation for 2 weeks

    Now, for last one month, my phone hangs on clicking the call logs button and at times during the call also it gets disconnected and hangs and gives me a 6 pager blue screen and hangs for 5 mins then has to be restarted

    • I have been sending mails on CEO desk since 2nd July but of no use.
    • My problem is I travel 35 km one way and by the time I am back, the service center is closed.
    • I have already taken 3 half days just to visit the service center
    • Abhnav pandey from customer satisfaction team called me on 10th and then on 21st reconfirming both the times that the phone will be picked from my home/workplace and standby handset would also be provided (That too on mail)
    • Despite verbal and written commitments, my phone never got picked ut, the Gurgaon and Delhi SMs are least interested and infact told me that we are not concerned, you visit the service center and sort it out on your own.
    • The phone is worsening up day by day but np one at Samsng is bothered

    Hi,

    I had purchased the AC in the month of August 2010.
    same year cooling problem
    My stopped cooling this summers in April after routine servicing. 2011
    so many complaint in your record.
    April 2012 after service cooling problem. After checking it was observed that the Gas is leaked.
    The samsung engineer is change the compressure. I pay the charges of Rs. 1790/-
    after 15 days problem is same no cooling. your engineer visit and change the capister, & capillery
    but no cooling. your service is good but my problem is same so I request you to get the
    AC repaired/Replaced the Machine.

    Default bad service of AC

    I have purchased 2 Ton window A.C 4 days back from Big Bazar, City CEntra, Pandri, Raipur. The Big Bazar is a reputed concern and they told at at the time of sale of A.C that mechanic will next day and will fit the A.C. I am facing heat of the summer without my fault. The Customer care centre of Samsung is behaving in an irresponsible manner and not yet fitted the AC.One lady of Customer care of samsung Raipur Chhattisgarh (phone no 0771-4259700) gave me the mob no of one Jumman mechanic as 9993096018 but the mechanic is playing with me by giving different times but not turning up. Then another person by using the 09329473978 is making unnecessary calls that he is coming but not coming. I can fit my A.C bay calling any mechanic but this attitude and behaviour is expected from a reputed concern like samsung. It must be highly discouraged.
