My name is Sandeep garg. i have a connection of BSNL landlines phone and broadband service of that connection too. my phone no is 01508-235787.
I have faced problem with broadband connection last two months (since MAY,2011), it's disconnected automatically when we use Internet with long time. I have complain many times in BSNL, every time they give me new complain no but problem not solved.
My last complain numbers are 1004243809, 1004130074, 74228787, 7410292,7417822, 1003730276, 7413626

I have no arrears against bill payment, whenever a company give poor service then no right to anyone they take full charge/Amount against service. please return my full payment which I have paid of that period (problem period) .
please look into the matter .
