    Default IDEA : Post Paind Bill Wrong Charges

    Dear Sir,

    I was using IDEA Postpaid Connection No 9540494900. I paid my bills on time every month. But in My March,2011 Bill they included Some Wrong Charges (Rs 50/- For Download Game Pack) Which i have not downloaded. Then I have requested to correct my bill and resend again the correct bill. but there is nobody to hear me. Similarly in My April,2011 they included 300/- Rs again for download (Same game pack which i was never download).
    Again I have complaint regarding the same thru call and email. also send the reminders to correct the same.

    They have disconnect my no.
    Now from last 2 days i was receiving calls by saying that a case has been logged against you.
    Otherwise pay your pending bill of Rs 1026/-

    But could you please suggest that how can I pay for a thing which I have not used.
