    respected sir,
    i got blackerry services activated on my phone on 26 june 2011.but suddently on 10 th of july2011 my balance getting deducted automatically on using net.i had a blackberry RS 399 recharge by which me could do unlimited surfing an downloading only from blackberry service not from aircel wap.me havent used aircel wap.an still my balance was got deducted.on 10 june 2011 it got started i dont know about earlier deduction because i didnt not notice earlier.then i called there 121 helpline no they said m trafering ur call to ur superior after hanging on call for 10 min when he could not help me.he didnt transfer the call and he cut the call.again me called at 121 they said we cant help u call 1255.i called 1255 no the tape was coming this no does not valid.again i called at 121 he said ur blackberry service is not activated.i then called at 198 complain department he said m transferring ur call to our technical department.he said i cant help u.u call again at 198 and file a complain.i again call at 198 he said i cant take ur complain because server is down.this all happen on 10 th of july.an earlier when m got blackberry service ACTIVATED on 26 june from AIRCEL LIMITED K-26, CONNAUGHT PLACE,OPP PVR PLAZA CINEMA.there costumer care executive total me that blackberry helpline no is 1255 only.i told him this no never get connected an a tape come.its a invalid no.he told me now you got activated your blackberry service na now it gona get connected.then also later the no doesnt got connected till today.then on 11 july 2011 i finally visited aircel customer care office CONNAUGHT PLACE when i was not getting any help from any one.i talk to aircel costumer executive they said we cant take your complain the server is down.i told them each and ever thing they said give ur no we gona rectify things in 24 hours.now what happening no calls of mine getting connected to AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE NO 121,198,9716012345.since 11 july 2011.and the office of aircel customer care at CONNAUGHT PLACE.they people dont pick the call ever.an my balance is getting deducted on downloading.again me visited AIRCEL LIMITED K-26,CONNAUGHT PLACE,OPP PVR PLAZA CINEMAon12 th july.these people havent forward my complain which me did on 11th july because my complain was not rectify with in 24hr.an the customer care no was not getting an the connaught place executive not picking up the call.an 24 hr was alreadly passed.people at CONNAUGHT PLACE office are unskilled.they dont know anything.they were talking on phone to someone to rectify my problem.a guy called me VARUN called me up he to is a customer executive to rectify my problem.i told him every thing.an he listen the thing on confernce that my no to customer care is not getting.i asked him some thing related to blackberry he said i dont know about it.me forwarding your call to blackberry excutive.an he havent called m up yet.again on 12th july my balance got deducted.an no customer care no is been getting till now.your each and very customer service provider saying we can help you.me talking to your customer care no through some one else phone no and that it also through conference.i made call through conference call ur 198 he said i cant take ur complain call 9716012345.i told him me cant make call to ur customer care no I told him atleast take my complain for not getting connected to customer care.he said.i cant help u call ur blackberry service provider 9716012345.i call again to your customer care no 9716012345 through conference .he said i cant help call 1255. .48 hr has passed and my problem not yet solved.these people saying mail her or there….

    Default complain against aircell services in jharkhand

    Dear Sir,

    Around 1 month back my parents staying in Bokaro steel city(Jharkhand state) has taken aircell service.The number is 08804981564.

    My parents have found since begining to till time if they will charge there account,it will deducted by adding any caller tune or some unusual messages. My parents are now fed up with all the activities.They have also registered complain against all these activities to respective customer care representetive.
    Still no action has taken by your customer care representetive.
    Its my request to do some necessery action else i will register this problem to public networking website and further i won't use your services and same i will advice to my friends also.
    It will create a wrong impression to aircell services.Its my request do some necessary action against these complaints so that it will help old guies money and time.
