Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a Sony ericsson mobile W100i on 28th April 2011.But its service is not at all good.
Problems faced:
-->gets turned off every now and then automatically.
-->message displayed memory full even if the memory is empty.

I have been repeatedly trying to contact you, but have not received any such response.
I contact the Sony service center but even after the servicing,the problem persists. The address of the service center of my contact is as below:

But their dealings are very bad.They refuse to fix the problem.Even if the product is within the guarantee period,
