dear sir,
i m user of hathway internet services from last month, i hav plan of unilimited usage wid speed of 256 kbps which is chargable for rs. 470 /-.
but whenever i cross limit of 5 GB they downgrade my internet speed to 128 kbps and when i tell them that me internet speed downgraded they told that ur hathway account is under fair usage policy, and u hat pay additional Rs. 468 /- extra to remove ur account from that policy.
but problem is that they not told at the time of connection of internet and and in pamplate of them not specifies that u have pay additional Rs 468 /-.
so pls help me to upgrade speed of internet and it is help ful for other customers.
