I’ve purchased ICAM 16 from TVC Skyshop. Order No.OC2575793, Order Dt. 04/03/2011, Despatch No.OC2575793 & Despatch Dt. 26/03/2011. Customer code was C1184168. Since the date of receiving delivery I’ve used the ICAM for a very limited time.
On 16th April’11) I opened the camera. The Files already in the memory couldn’t be seen on the display. It was showing “File error”. Both the still and video are of the same result. I formatted the external memory (SD Card), but the same ‘file error’ is showing for the shots (video) taken after the formatting. Even in the case of internal memory the ‘file error’ is showing on the display for video shots taken as well as the still photos. This ICAM has become totally useless. Nowadays it does'nt starts.
I've written three letters on-line to the Customer Care of TVC Skyshop but received no reply. Even the Registered Letter to the Registered Office at TVC Tower remained unanswered.
Kindly do the needful to change the set. I believe that you wouldn’t hesitate to protect my interest and my hard-earned money spent on it.
