I am prashanth and i bought the package Affordable Holidays- 7 Nights 8 Days.

Actually one day i got a call from one of your executive Mr. Ayushmaan and he explained me about the package and i asked him to call me back next day.

He called me in the morning and told me that if i book the package today i will be getting a laptop as there is an offer for first few customers if we book the package.

So i believed his words and i booked the package.

Then I received a mail stating that if i refer 15 people i will be getting the laptop.

I spoke with him regarding this and i asked him that you did not say me about the referral program before i when i booking the package. The answer which he gave was that i will be getting the laptop within 9 working days and he also gave me a mobile number 09711427810 stating that it is his personal number.

After that also he spoke with me for few days bluffing me that i will be getting a call from laptop team for verification and i will be receiving the laptop within 9 working days.

I spoke with him for few days and he kept on saying the same thing to me.

From past few days he is not attending the call and he is not responding to my calls and i came to know that he has bluffed me.

I am terribly disappointed by the response of you guys.

I believed in India today as it has a very good brand name in the market. This is not the right way of selling the package by just bluffing the customers by saying that we will be given a laptop and all.

I need a justification from you guys. Kindly help me out in this regard.
