I am Sagar Sarna. I bought a blackberry torch which costs rupees 30,000 on 16th of february. In the next one month i faced so many problems with that phone's slider or softwares that i got replaced three times by the date of 16th march. When i faced problems even with the third replacement, I asked blackberry to again replace my phone from a different service station this time. Still after getting my phone replaced for the fourth time the phone's battery was heating when i used to put it on charge, I would also like to inform that when they replaced my phone last time, they did not give me a new piece, but they stated that it was a new piece. From past one month my phone is there for a replacement, i have asked them to replace me with a new boxed piece but i am not getting any final anwer. In these five months i have only kept the phone with me for 3 months. I am not satisfied with the kind of quality blackberry gives and they are also not offering good after sale services. They are going against the right of consumer to seek for redressal.

PLEASE KINDLY GO THROUGH MY COMPLANT AND KINDLY HELP ME TO FIND SOLLUTIONS FOR IT. IN CASE YOU WANT PROOF I HAVE ALL THE MAILS SENT TO THE OFFICIALS TO SEEK FOR SOLLUTIONS AND I ALSO HAVE THERE REPLIES TO MY MAILS.
