I had a postpaid Airtel connection (Jindal CUG plan) in name of Sanjay Kumar Singhal having number 9896071060.



I had been using GPRS @ Rs 98.00 monthly (free 2 GB) according to Jindal Plan.



I requested for porting my number to VodaPhone and it has been done on dated 15.06.2011, as requested.



Now I have received Airtel Bill for the period 26/05/2011 to 15/06/2011 for Rs 1841.00. The GPRS usage is free up to 1 GB and after that, is charged as per normal rate (as per Airtel Customer care representative). As per Jindal CUG plan, GPRS usage is charged Rs 98/month up to 2 GB.



I have discussed with Air Tel Office (Sector – 13), but didn’t have any satisfactory reply.
