Sir, I am working with a Genpact and have an active vodafone post paid connection since last 7 years. I requested for an address change to my residence address since the earlier address was showing for my office. I needed this change as I wanted to buy a Bike and Vodafone bill was required to prove my residence address.
Inspite of providing Address acknowledgement on the my company's letter head (stamped), Giving a written application, Pan card copy, SBI savings account latest statement I was told the address change cannot be done and I need to go to the Bank and get the documents stamped from them and only then they will tell me if that is valid or not.
Even after giving so many proof being a loyal customer to Vodafone I was harassed by the VODAFONE executives that do what ever you want to we cannot change your address. I had submited these documents a month ago and struggled to get my address changed on my Bill till date.
Please provide me a solution and help me.
