Dear Sir,
I have got a Call from Bag It Today on June 30th 2011 saying that i have won a diamond of worth Rs 60,000/- & Blackberry Pearl mobile and getting all these for Rs 18,999/-. Since it was from India Today's Group i have accepted that offer. And i paid an amount of Rs 18,999/- through my credit card. My order reference number given by them was 1007444605. Next day i got message & call from Bag It Today saying that transaction was unsuccessful please verify your account. After that i have verified my account it was showing an amount of Rs 18,999/- was deducted from account for Bag It Today. And after that i have called to my bank for verification they said the on 30th June an amount of Rs 18,999/- has been deducted from my account & the same was claimed by Bag It Today on July 1st 2011. After that i have called to bag it today number of time but i have not got any response from. So i approached to this so that my money will be refunded. The person who called me regarding this offer was named pournima and gave me contact no: 9999633729. I was calling to this number so many time but i haven't got any response from them. Since I refused to fall in that tricks i insisted on refund. but they are not responding.

I am logging this complaint through this forum. If i will not receive my total amount(i.e Rs 18,999/-) within two weeks i will lodge complaint in Police Station & also approach news channels for this fraudster many people were deputed. Beware of Bag It Today. Be careful when you purchase anything from online shopping
