    Angry reliance broadband refund complaint

    Dear sir/madam,

    I have been a reliance broadband customer for the past 2 years. My customer id-361564037213 and my billing account no.-100000112714877. Due to improper service by the service provider i terminated my connection in january. I had paid one years amount in advance but terminated my service a lot earlier. I contacted the customer care representatives numerous times but they dint give me proper respone and were just saying that they will escalate the issue. An amount of Rs.2869 was due with them.While terminating the connection they told me that i will be receiving my cheque within 45-60 days.
    I visited the chennai nodal office and visited one of the revenue department officials on 15.06.11.He promised me that i will be receiving my cheque on 22.06.11 and still i dint receive my cheque.

    I have been making various attempts to get my money back, but all those fool bastards and mother fuckers have been making false promises.As the last hope i have posted my agony in your forum.I hope u do the needful and help me.

    Default Reliance Broadband refund

    I have a similar problem with Reliance broadband refund. Terminated the connection 6 months ago. Rs 11,000 due to me. Called number of times to customer care nodal office and other places. Nothing ever happens. Billing Account Number : 100000111056528. I get exactly the same responses in thestated below. I am convinced that Reliance has a policy of not refunding the money to consumers.
