Default Rs 12000 for 24 Hrs usage

    Hello,

I am using reliance broadband connection from past 4 year in this duration several times I have changed my plans and always my plans was for unlimited data usage but last month on 27-May-2011 I had put a request to change my current plan to 1 Mbps unlimited download to one of your customer care executive named Lekha but unfortunately she has converted that account into limited download now as I was not aware of this fact that my account is limited. so I have downloaded some stuff that was greater than my limited usage and I come to know about this fact after 24 hrs of my changed when my service got barred and some one from customer care told me that my current amount is 11000/- after that I called customer care 10-15 time register a complain but every time they told me without bill generation nothing will happen so I waited for bill now my bill is generated which is showing 12000/- amount pending. now I want to highlight 2 point here

    1. This was not my fault as your employee changed my account to limited data usage which I have never asked and in last 4 year I have never used limited download plan.
    2. After writing mail to your customer care department they are saying that they can’t do anything for this matter.

this was reply i got when i contact them:
    Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Reliance Customer Care.

This is with reference to your e-mail regarding "Billing Issue", which was registered vide Service Request ID 153742457. Kindly note that as per confirmation received from concerned team you have given request to change plan on 27.05.11 and same was provisioned on 29-MAY-2011. Hence, charged properly and no waiver would be applicable for the same.

Further, to inform you that currently please note that as checked in our system your service has been barred due to access usage than your credit limit. Hence we request you to make the payment of Rs. 10236.28/- (80% of Rs. 12795.35/-) to restore your services.
