I'm Airtel Customer wants to Port to Vodafone Mobile Network .I have applied for MNP last week , I have received message from vodafone stated that my porting request has been cancelled by Airtel Service Provider because of Service Contractual Agreement . I have called to 121 and 198 many times but none of the service provider picks my call and I have emailed about this problem to the Nodal Officer and 12@airtel.in . After a day i have received the Message that , my complaint Service request No. CUIVR30629641932 has been resolved.
But I have received no call from Airtel regarding this Issue . I have emailed about this issue to appellate.tn@airtel.in , received the auto generated mail that my issue will be resolved in 24 hours but nothing seems to resolved .
Kindly revert me on this issue ..
Customer Service is Very Poor in the Airtel , After moving through lot menu in the IVR to reach the Customer Service Provider , it takes me to prerecorded voice non the customer service executive in the appropriate menu .

myself dr. abhishyand b dupargude, mobile no.9634678411 had requested for porting out of aiterl to vodafone west up circle on 4th july, but today i.e. on 4th july at 12.27 pm i recieve a sms saying "hello ! your porting request AW 915766 dated 04 jul 11 has been rejected by your current operator due to there are substisting contractual obligation from the subscriber agreement.pls contact your current operator for further details."
sir kindly help me in the matter.i wish to discontinue airtel servies as i have shifted to my new home n airtel network is very poor there. plz do reply.

I have received the following response from airtel customer executive .
Ur Porting out request has been rejected because you have accepted the offers given by Airtel Network and the Offers or plan given by them is still active .
In order to Cancel that offer , recharge ur mobile number either with lifetime validity or apply any call charge booster.
