i puchased the acer laptop on 13may 2010.and on 5th jine the led screen was crashed.I informed this to acer customer service.and asked to replace my laptop as it did not worked for even the month.I was earlier told it will be replaced in 10 days. but i am again and again calling them up but they have still not replaced my laptop now today is 4 th june. due to the laptop i amfacing many issues at my professional life also.please look into the matter.
