hi i am Twinkal. now i am in australia and i am on international roaming. my Australian number is +6143134159. i am using Vodafone india prepaid simcard. since last 2 week i am getting charged for receiving calls. but actually i am not receiving any calls and sometimes i am not gitting any calls, but still company charging me Rs. 27 for every calls. it shows on my mobile that i have talk for 0.04 second in all the calls. when i have talk with sinior officer of vodafone customer care she told me its not our fault its your fault that you have receive phone call so you got charged and you will not get refund for this. they are not giving me any detail about any calls which i have been charged even after verified all of their questions. can anyone please help me to solve this issue or give me any contact number for someone who can help me in this matter. my emailid is Tmrupareliya@yahoo.com.
