Hi,

I went to a TV shop in the year 2009 Oct and bought a TV and was ready to pay in full, but since it was puja offer going on in kolkata so the guys at the store told me that you need to pay EMI and then said you need to come back to sign the ECS form. Later they vanished and have not asked me to sign any form.

After 3 months of purchase I saw that Bajaj Finance was debitting 833 rupees from my account to which i had no documents and nothing so I made a stop payment

After this started the story they started giving me threating calls and goons started comming in my home.
After lot of discussion I settled the account and the local office of bajaj finance gave me a NOC, I have the copy but still these guys are harasing me in intervals even I spoke with the lawyer of bajaj finance but non of them are taking a stepto update the same in ther records.

Moreover they have reported the same to CIBIL and my credit is hampered, I would like anyone to help me get my credit restored and ask this finance guys to reimburse me for the harasment they have done.

I have send mails to banking ombussedman as well bt non seems to response.
When giving loans they give it and then they harrash people
Can anyone give me correctemail id where I can send mails to banking ombussedman and CIBIL as well so that they can restore my credit correctly as the same is hammpering me a lot.
