I purchased hcl me netbook model no-2111ae668174 through hclstore.in on march 2'2011 for 16299.00, using my credit card.
From the first month on wards, i started facing technical problems with it, like system crashing, program's not working. I called their technical support at least 30 times in last 4 months. Every time they put me on hold for 20 minutes or more, or tried checking my system through remote access, but they are not able to rectify the problems. They are neither replacing the product nor refunding the money.

Its seer harassment and has caused me so much mental trouble. I asked my credit card company to do something, but they say their hands are tied.

Please help me as this is my hard earned money.
