i had ordered an external 1 Tb hard disk, of seagate on the website Flipkart on 5th june,2011 with order number (ID: OD10606110114). i was sent a disk within 3 days which was not working at all.
on writing them again, they admitted that they had sent a defective item. they asked me to send the defective dick back, and saying that they will replace it with a new one.
but till date, they have not sent a replacement yet. i have made several calls on their call centre, sent them several mails, but they don't give satisfactory answer.
i feel cheated, and have lost money, and still don't own the product i needed.
