I have purchased Hitachi AC under the 0% interest ECS with Bajaj finance. I have given all the documents and signed wherever they asked.

My Loan Account No: 4030CD00068295

My first EMI cheque was bounced from ICICI Bank, since the Mandate form was not submitted by Bajaj Fin. So, to submit the Mandate form in ICICI, i need the below details:
1. Utility code for my CD loan
2. What values to be filled in the Mandate form for the below fields:

• Name of Scheme
• Date of Effect
• Periodicity
• Amount of Installment with Upper limit
• Valid Upto

Also, can bajaj finance reverse the check bounce charges since it is not my mistake.

Please let me know the details ASAP.
