Beam is one of the biggest cheater in the current market. They are so smart that they will process all the 3 transaction though they are aware of problem in their own online portal.


I made a payment on my connection holding on 9014662003, for the fist time when i made payment i got the error "transaction failed try agai" I did it for 3 trimes. When i checked my phone i found amount being deducted for 3 times. I called my bank customer cxare and they informed me that all the transactions are still outstanding, once they cancell the transactions the money will be credited back. I infirmed the same to Beam Customeer care and they agreed on the same.

Nxt day when i was confirmed that all the three transactions were processed. From 24 July till today i have wasted almost 300 rs calling them everyday. no soultion. to every new CC excecutive will have to tel the story from the ed\ggining. Floor suipervisors are ther for name saik..they shud wore bangles..CC excecutives are not trained enough..the information given by them will always differ. I urge each one of u nt to call Fucking Beam Customer care..its wastage of money..nothing else..

Coming to beam billing dept..i have opened ticket on 26 710623 and 710624.. nd they have been not replied till dqte, surprisngly they closing the tickets without respoding.

Now all i want to say is..i want my excess paid amount back into my account..if not surely ill go to Consumer court and file a complaig against beam.
