    Reliance Netconnect 1x poor speed
    I have Reliance netconnect, no 9377847036 , its speed is very slow at my city sakhpur(jamnagar),reliance offer 144kbps but i got on 12-13 kbps in my vilage.
    and customer care did't help to solve my problem
    i think my mistake to buy a netconnect 1x
    it's cheeters.
    please can't buy reliance netconnect

    Hi i m Prashanth and my relaince netconnect no is 9396981032,i have been a relnet connect customer since more than 2 years. i have a monthly limited usage plan of 8GB day and 15GB night which cost me 550Rs/month.My bill gets generated on 5th of every month and it is due on 23rd of every month. On my account services there used to be a option to check my data usage but suddenly that option was disabled and its say some error occurred. i called up the customer care and they also say they are facing some technical problem to view data usage. This month i received a bill of 2308 Rs and when i call the customer care they say i have exceeded my usage. How would i know if i m exceeding my usage when i don't have an option to check your usage. i also requested for details of usage which they never bothered to send in-spite the CSR gives me a run around all the time they keep me on hold for hours and they say we are extremely sorry, when i request for their manager they would be always busy taking escalated calls for the kind of service they provide. out of 5-6 calls and being on hold for very long finally i get to speak with a manager who have escalated this issue to their billing department which is of no use. Billing department calls me and say that they cant provide any weaver and they suggest me to speak with ther CSR department.This is a clear cut fraud and a new way to cheat customers.

    please be very care-full with this BIG companies............
