    Default Tata Photon Plus Itemised Bill

    Hi

    Am holding a Photon Plus Connection since last 1.5 years (# -9243247737 A/C No -906541230). And I was satisfactory on the service till last month. I was on the plan 2GB @ 750 Rs till last month. But somehow last month I got a bill of amount 2500/-. Might be my extended usage. I got the bill on 23rd and by 24th the connection got barred. I paid the entire amount the same day and got my connection reactivated. As I am a corporate employee, I decided to change my plan to one of the corporate plan of 2GB @ 425. I received a mail stating it would happen before 26th May. I didn't receive any intimation regarding that. However the month went by.

    I received my current bill for the period 20th May to 19th Jun on 23rd June 2011. And to my surprise it is again 2106 Rs. In the previous month I didn't use the instrument for more than 10 days and I really got dubious on this bill amount. Usually I used to receive the Itemised bill for the usage every month along with the summary bill. This month that also didn't happen.

    I contacted the customer care 3 times and sent a mail to customercare.karnataka@tatatel.co.in requesting Itemised Bill. Over phone I was totally disappointed. First 2 times there was no response at all. Third time, even after I told I would escalate to the Nodal Officer, I received the bill for the Month of MAY!!!

    I really doubt if my bill for June exist or not. I just want to clear this before the usage exceeds the credit limit and my connection gets barred. I am relying on this instrument for my day to day work and may have to take decisions like switching to other services as I am being disappointed with the billing in photon plus.

    Please do the needful with the same (atleast dispatching the RIGHT Itemised Bill for the month of June) .

    Hi,

    My request was NOT activation of Itemised Bill. I was receiving that till the month of MAY. I want it for the current month JUNE as well as in future months. I guess it has been activated long back.

    Please look into the request carefully and do the needful. Without having the Itemised bill for the month of JUNE, I am not willing to pay the bill amount 2106/- for the same month.

    Hi,

    I received the Itemised Bill on same day. However, there is a discrepancy in the usage shown in Itemised Bill and General Bill. I raised a complaint on Jun 27th regarding that. After sending so many screen shots and pdf files they created a docket# 270888027 . For that I had to make several calls to the customer care. And I was promised that by 6th July , it would be resolved.

    And I am desperate to inform you that, I didn't receive any response from you. This is really a bad experience for me.
