I purchased a new connections with airtel prepaid service, and when i recharged my account with airtel the very next moment i see money deduction from my account every second with 20 paise and with in a day or two i lost a fair amount of money, when i called the customer service, they said it is a paid service and beyond which we had to wait for the CSR to answer and when he responds hello and while i explained him the issue he put me on hold and never came back with the answer but the call got disconnected, The second time it was the female csr were she told me what the problem was and never try to solve the problem, the third time i requested for the supervisor and the csr put me on hold for more than 10 min and returns with no answer stating the supervisor line is busy and would take some time to answer the call, while i tell the csr that it was not resolved with the 1st two calls and it was just waste of time and money and would be helpful to talk to a supervisor the csr put me on hold again and disconnected the call,
I would like to know with the airtel if they are really interested in serving the customer or in making money, if the csr are trained for providing the customer service and to satisfy the customers with their queries or to hung the phones when they call in for their queries. When we say customer is the king and customer service is important to run a business.
