    Default Complaint about misguding of actiavting the change in airtel broadband plan

    Airtel broadband


    I have an airtel broadband connection with the airtel account no. 15182799 and airtel phone no. 033-40603021
    I had applied for change in my plan from 999 plan to 1299 plan and when i had put a request to change the plan i was never informed that i have to put a request 5 days before to apply for change in plan.
    Infact i was informed it will be definetly activated from 17june but it still hasnt been done.
    The same would have been recoreded on my conversation with the airtel person taking up the request on customer care no.
    My concern is they should have infomed me about the situation , so i request you to please help me activate my 1299 plan immediatly as i wasnt informed regarding the same or else i would have applied for a new connection from another broadband service provider.
    Misguiding is not a good thing i suppose.
    Please help me regarding this.
    I wont stop until my plan is changed immediatly.
