I have given my Mobile for service on 13.5.11, which they have taken back the worksheet. On 14th night I put my mobile on charge, which it was not working. I reported to the service centre for the same on 16.5.11, the staff took my mobile inside to check it up and returned after one hour saying that it is working. I trusted them and returned home quickly since I had to catch the train.On 16th night, the battery was again down, when I tried to charge it, it was in vein. When I opened and saw the battery, I was shocked. The Battery was changed. I reported to the service centre on 17th morning, for the same, which the staff said it was not so. Later, they said that to bring the Bill with Battery no, which was kept in Mumbai. On 31.5.11, I checked the Battery no. and informed it was changed. They assured me that they will change the battery for a new one. On 06.06.11 my brother reported to them, for which they said they will give an old one for replacement.
Sir I am a SINCERE ARMY officer and I expect the same. I am betrayed by them, which insults the trustworthy of NOKIA CARE.
