I am recharge two (300 + 300 = 600 Rs) time my dish TV online to rechargeitnow.com but the amount not credited in my dish tv account and the same debit in my bank account. Already a complain fwd to rechatgeitnow.com it they are not take any action, not given me any replay. The complain details are as under :-

I was recharging my videocon d2h from rechargeitnow.com by using netbanking of SBI .When after paying the payment of rs150. i redirected to the payment gateway after paynent gateway i eas redirected to the rechargeitnow.com but on this page there was no reply confiriming either the account is credited or not and when i checked my last transictions there was written under recharge status that recharge processed. but for each sucsses transiction it show succes. my money was deducted from my bank account but i have not get refunded or credited in my d2h account yet . i have complianed this at custumor support of rechargeitnow but i have got no reply yet. plese help me consumer court

I write this complaint after trying several times with Rechargeitnow. On July 4th, 2012, I tried to recharge a prepaid BSNL mobile number by availing the services ofRechargeitnow. But till date neither the mobile has got recharged neither the money has been credited back to my debit card from which it was debited.

Firstly, Rechargeitnow does not have any customer grievance helpline no. and I have writing them mails regularly so that they could facilitate my refund of Rs.100/-. After trying several times I get the same response that "Our customer service team will verify your transaction and process a refund/recharge at the earliest. This will normally take 2 working days (excluding Sundays & holidays). Please do not send a follow-up message before three days of logging your complaint.".

dear sir i am trying to renewel my sub.. Paying through this site as i did before also . But since few days i am not able to make payment..
